A harvesting machine is desirable for producers of baby greens including lettuce and spinach. At this point, such a machine is not available for CEA-produced baby greens. (or small scale operations in general). Self-propelled machines exist for field-grown baby lettuce/spinach but are large and not suitable for use in a CEA facility.
