A vacuum seeding machine can be used for automatic seeding of the spinach seeds into the rockwool slabs. Automated seeding saves time and labor. Other seeding equipment can also work well. Automatic seeding machines are tempermental and require special care as they are affected by relative humidity, temperatures, and need to be adjusted each day to ensure proper operation.
