This handbook provides information about the production of a baby leaf hydroponically grown greenhouse spinach. The hydroponic system is floating raft or pond hydroponics. The floating portion of this system is expanded polystyrene seedling trays commonly called 'Speedling' floats though other companies such as Beaver Plastics produce similar products.
